Events for Members and Attendees

Availability

Single rooms can be reserved by members/attendees for a maximum of 5 hours based on availability for one-time events (not recurring meetings).

All meetings and events must align with, promote or advance the values and beliefs of Brookwood Church, and event requests must not be associated with fundraising or the sale of any products or services.

Brookwood members and attendees who would like to be married by a Brookwood Pastor or have their ceremony and/or reception at Brookwood must first go through Premarital Mentoring. Wedding packages are available for onsite ceremonies. Prices vary per venue. Please contact Care Ministries by email or call 864.688.8355

Facility Hours/Fees:

Sunday • 2–8 pm

Monday–Thursday • 8:30 am–9 pm

Friday • 8:30 am–5 pm • 5–9 pm*

Saturday* • 8:30 am–5 pm


*The following Saturdays are available:

  • 2025: August 23, November 22 and December 13

  • 2026: March 21, April 4, May 2, June 20 and August 22

*The following Friday Evenings are available:

  • 2025: September 19, October 3, November 14 and December 12

  • 2026: January 23, February 20, March 13, April 3, May 1, July 17 and September 11

Brookwood Facility Use Fees

Sunday–Thursday*

Prices include Utilities and Housekeeping fees:

  • Auditorium $140
  • Pod/Chapel/Balcony Room $70
  • South Campus/Gym $130 (Meeting rooms are an additional $45)
  • Main Cafe $60

Friday Evenings and Saturday*

Prices include Utilities, Facility personnel and Housekeeping fees:

  • Auditorium $240
  • Pod/Chapel/Balcony Room $170
  • South Campus $230 (Meeting rooms are an additional $45)
  • Main Cafe $160
